Returns & Exchanges

 

All purchases must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need your order confirmation number for proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, email info@mallorysue.com. Estimated response time will be within 24-48 hours. There is a flat fee of $6-8, depending on the item, for processing returns and exchanges.

 

If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
